Since 1988, Inner Circle of Baltimore president and founder, Paul Riecks, has been helping business owners clarify where they want to go with their companies and how to get there.

Paul began his career at Equitable Bank where he held senior management positions in Operations and Marketing. He oversaw the development of over 35 products and services including the launch of the first integrated, full service self-service banking system in the world.

Since starting Inner Circle, he has also completed a number of consulting and facilitation assignments including assisting the member nations of the Southern Africa Development Community in the completion of their economic union treaty.

Paul writes the monthly “Problem Solver” column in SmartCEO Magazine from which most of the chapters in this book were developed.
